All Version are identical up to measure 52 überein. The earlier versions interrupt both in their own Version of the development.

The final Version is based on the third Version of the development. Its Codasign measure  89 indicates clearly the intention of a Reprise repeating the movement beginning from measure 4. It seem to of course improbable that Berg would have repeated the exposition without any of the common harmonical changes of a Reprise of this sonata.

Nevertheless this recording repeats the comlete exposition since there is on one hand no other sign that justifies any arbitrary interruption. On the other hand the complete reprise of the exposition may thus perhaps give at least an idea of the intended dimensions of the formal architecture one presumably would expect from this sonatafragment.
